GET /v1/charts/momentum

"What's accelerating across listeners / streams / search interest" — ranks artists by Rvrb's pre-computed `value_change_d{1,7,30}` columns on `rvrb_metric_daily`.
Sister to `/charts/movers` (position-rank deltas); this one is value-velocity ranked. When `metric` is unspecified, the route picks the metric with the most coverage on the target date so the default response stays well-populated.
Public-safety: the 7 scoring-lineage providers (kworb, gtrends, shazam, instagram, tiktok, chartmetric, apple_charts) are denylisted at SQL per MD-12 — they never appear in the response.
Empty until Rvrb's scoring cron flip 2026-05-20.
