Canonical endpoint for entity records per MD-2. Generalizes `/v1/companies/{ticker}` to all entity kinds.
Phase 1.0 cut: the entities table is empty until the Tayang Group A migration backfill (TAYANG_MIGRATION_SPEC.md §7.6) and Sumber-side scraper port sprint A (§7.3). Calls return `404` with the standard error envelope until then. Build against the contract — populated data lands without shape changes.
Series IDs that reference this entity (per MD-3 cinema domain conventions) are returned in the `series` array. `relations` (cast/crew, production companies, etc.) populate as the relevant ent_* relational tables fill in.
